European potager themed vegetable garden. Naturally, sustainably, and organically grown heirloom vegetables, fruit, flowers, and herbs on a 2300 sq ft plot. No synthetic fertilizers used, 9 years of compost added annually. Includes raised bed Square Foot Garden, wildlife habitat, vertical structures, grafted tomatoes, low tunnel cloche, & companion planting for a four season harvest. Produce donated to Ozarks Food Harvest. Part of the Master Gardener Demonstration Garden in Nathanael Greene Park, 2400 S Scenic Ave., Springfield, Mo. We’re in a heat wave. Thirteen days straight in the 90’s! Needless to say, we’re watering all the time!
This is another big project. Warning, it cannot be scaled down, much. It is how to put a full 100ft row of tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers in the ground. It is gonna be SO cool when this pops up.
